Louise Shuttleworth and her team
As a psychological therapist, I bring my experience as a coach trained from the Centre for Coaching together with my 12 years of expertise as an integrative psychotherapist (UKCP 2005). Much of this has been supporting individuals for work related issues. This is in addition to over 20 years within the health industry. This offers me a wealth of experience, tools and insight to support your staff. I also have the assessment skills to identify where coaching is not appropriate and an onward referral is more relevant. Louise has a range of coaches and organisational consultants under her umbrella. Many of them have extensive experience of working within the public sector and many of them with an extensive psychological background too. This offers you some strong theoretical background to support their choices. It also guides practitioners to assess where coaching is not appropriate.
I am fully insured and am a membes of the professional bodies, UKCP (2005) and the AOC (2013). I am also a members of the BACP, BABCP, ITOS and ILM. I commit regularly to update my training and am supported by regular supervision.
Back in February 2013, Martin Seligman’s Ted Talk on Positive Psychology knocked me between the eyes. Its premise is to support individuals before issues chronic issues arise. This started me on the journey to add coaching to my original psychotherapy training. I am passionate about offering positive support to you and your staff before more chronic issues arise.
